Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in original, unused condition

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Note: Returns dropped off at Canada Post locations are held securely until pickup. You are responsible for the condition of the item until it is received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
